Information We Collect To provide you with a seamless recipe management and meal planning experience, the Application collects and processes certain types of information: User-Submitted Recipes: When you create, import, or modify recipes within the Application, these are securely synchronized and stored in our cloud database to ensure you can access your collection across your authorized devices. Pantry & Ingredient Lists: The Application tracks your pantry ingredients and shopping lists. This data is stored locally on your device to ensure instant accessibility and offline usage. Encrypted Billing Tokens: To unlock premium features through our subscription tiers, all payments are processed securely by Google Play Billing. Curation Kitchen does not collect, store, or have access to your raw payment card information or bank account details. We receive and store only encrypted transaction tokens and purchase status indicators provided by Google Play to verify and activate your subscription status. App Performance Data: We may collect anonymous crash logs, diagnostics, and application performance metrics to identify and fix technical bugs, ensuring a highly reliable service.
2. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our Application: Google Play Billing: Used exclusively for processing subscription and in-app purchase payments safely and securely. Cloud Hosting Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers are utilized to back up and synchronize your recipe collections.
3. Data Retention and Security Security Measures: We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Retention: Local pantry data remains on your device until the Application is uninstalled or its cache is cleared. Cloud-synchronized recipes are retained as long as your account remains active to provide continuous access.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion Procedures In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards, you retain complete ownership and control over your data. You have the following rights: Access and Export: You can view all your stored recipes and pantry lists directly within the Application interface at any time. Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud-stored recipes and data. To initiate a data deletion request, you can navigate to the Account Settings menu inside the Application and select “Delete Account.” Alternatively, you can submit a formal data deletion request by emailing us at support@curationkitchenapp.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all your cloud-hosted recipes, personal preference data, and account records within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Children’s Privacy The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
